Project Overview
Client: BuildCorp Construction, a sister company of BuildCorp, specializing in large‑scale infrastructure and commercial projects.
Challenge: They needed a dedicated website to showcase their construction projects, list equipment, and allow potential clients to request quotes. The site had to convey trust, safety standards, and technical expertise.
Solution: We built a custom WordPress theme with an orange and grey colour scheme to reflect their brand. The site features a project gallery with timeline integration, an equipment inventory, and a quote request form that emails the sales team.
Project Showcase with Timeline
Each project has its own page with high‑res images, project timeline (start/end dates), budget, and key milestones. Visitors can filter projects by type (residential, commercial, industrial) or location.
Equipment Inventory
A searchable database of all machinery and equipment available for projects. Includes specs, photos, and availability status. This builds trust and helps clients understand our capabilities.
Intelligent Quote Form
The quote form asks for project details, timeline, and budget. Submissions go to the sales team and are also logged in the CRM. We added conditional fields to make the form smarter (e.g., show relevant questions based on project type).
Our Development Process
Discovery & Requirements
We interviewed the project managers and sales team to understand what information clients need. Key requirements: project photos, equipment specs, and an easy way to request quotes.
Design (Orange & Grey Theme)
We created a bold, industrial design with orange accents and dark greys. The layout emphasizes large project images and clear calls‑to‑action. We designed custom icons for equipment categories.
Custom WordPress Development
We built a custom WordPress theme from scratch, with custom post types for Projects and Equipment. The quote form was built with Gravity Forms and integrated with email and CRM.
Content Population & Testing
We helped the client upload 15 initial projects and 50+ equipment items. We tested the form thoroughly and ensured mobile responsiveness.
Launch & SEO Optimization
After launch, we optimized the site for local SEO (e.g., "construction company in [city]") and set up Google Analytics. Within 2 months, inquiries increased by 20%.
